Don’t live to regret the things you could have done, You can do it now.

When you’re growing up and someone (usually an adult) tells you that you can’t do something, then you invariably will go and do that thing. But for some reason, when told to do the same thing as an adult, most people will accept that and not do that thing. Why is that?

What if that thing was to start a business, be outgoing or indulge in something outside you’re comfort zone? Ask yourself, why aren’t you doing it? It’s a cliche to say “life’s too short” or “you only live once” but it’s true, unlocking your potential is the best thing that you can do for yourself and in doing so, the possibilities are endless.

Growing up, I was very shy, introverted, the sort of people that would happily get lost in a crowd, but one day I decided, I wanted to make a change. I decided to start a YouTube channel. I’ve always had a passion for tech and wanted to try something different. My mindset from the start was, no one is going to watch, so what is there to lose. My first video in 2019 was a no face, no talk tutorial on how to sell your games on ebay, looking back on that video now, I would approach making it so differently. But that video serves as a reference point to myself about how I was back then, shy and introverted.

Now, almost three years later I’m more outgoing and the difference between me as a person then and now is vast, and I owe it to just getting out of my comfort zone and trying something different and I encourage you to do the same. It’s probably not going to be as simple as starting a YouTube channel like I did, but you’ll have that desire, that feeling, that thing you know you want to do.

I’m decided to use this platform to write about my journey (my thoughts, aspirations and still write about the tech side) to help others who may also find themselves in a rut, and hopefully, by reading this, you’ll discover the path doesn’t always have to be lonely and there are always others who are either thinking the way you do or are willing to help.

My only regret is that I didn’t take that step sooner. Don’t live to regret the things you could have done, You can do it now.
